Fixed AirAsia fares for Harvest Festival 2023

AirAsia supports the Ministry of Transport’s initiative of offering flights at fixed fares for the upcoming  Harvest Festival celebrations, Kaamatan and Gawai between 27th and 31st May 2023. The fixed fares are available for booking until 31st May 2023.

Pick up all-in* one-way tickets to fly from Peninsular Malaysia to:

  • Sabah at RM352 between 27th and 29th May 2023 
  • Sarawak at RM346 between 29th and 31st May 2023.
  • All flights include 20kg baggage allowance indicated as “free baggage” which you should select during booking.

He also made mention of the government’s initiative to subsidise 5,534 seats from AirAsia and AirAsia X which underpinned the offer for the fixed fares for the upcoming celebrations.

If you are travelling during the Kaamatan and Gawai celebrations period, you should arrive at the airport at least two hours ahead of their scheduled departure time (for domestic travel) to avoid congestion.

The airline also encourages you to

  • Self check-in using the airasia Superapp, available 14 days before the departure date.
  • Use the e-Boarding Pass to board the flight for seamless and hassle free travel.
  • Enrol your details for FACES on the airasia Superapp
    • currently available for departure from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) (Terminal 2)
    • Enables you to pass through pre-security and board the flight without having to display your boarding pass
