Fiji Airways is the latest airline to enter a codeshare agreement with Singapore Airlines and its wholly owned subsidiary SilkAir. Following the recent signing of this agreement, passengers of the three airlines have more travel options.
Fiji Airways codeshare – new travel options
Passengers will be able to make easier connections between Fiji and 10 destinations in Asia and Europe through the Singapore hub.
Fiji Airways has added a third weekly seasonal service which began on 4th April 2018. This service is also included in the agreement, as are existing Fiji Airways’ non-stop flights between Singapore and Nadi.
Singapore Airlines and SilkAir customers can also travel on codeshare flights between Nadi and three domestic destinations. These include the Fijian capital Suva, Labasa, and Savusavu. Fiji Airways customers can now access Singapore Airlines and SilkAir operated flights to destinations in China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Andre Viljoen, Fiji Airways’ MD/CEO added that they are pleased to sign the codeshare agreement with Singapore Airlines and SilkAir. He noted that the airline group’s impressive global distribution network will significantly increase their access across Asia and Europe.

The codeshare flights are subject to regulatory approvals. Bookings will be available through SingaporeAirlines.com.com, SilkAir.com or FijiAirways.com following completion of the approval process.
