Singapore Airlines (SIA) has been named Travellers’ Choice ‘Best Airline 2018’ in the latest TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.
Selection criteria for Best Airline 2018
Winner selection is based on global travellers’ reviews focusing on outstanding service, quality and value.
TripAdvisor does this by use of an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings. Data recorded over a 12-month period is used to determine the award recipients.
Singapore Airlines’ CEO Goh Choon Phong said the airline is honoured to receive this and the other awards. He considers the award validation of the hard work and dedication of their staff, who maintain the airline’s global standards.
