Malindo Air touches down in Sydney

Malindo Air made a smooth touch down in Sydney on 15th August 2019, making it their 5th destination in Australia. Like their first destination Perth, these are daily flights although Perth is a direct service. This new service, like those to Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide, operates via Denpasar, Bali. Passengers on the inaugural flight were greeted by the Airport Management with souvenirs and a Koala mascot at the arrival gates.

Those departing on Flight OD 172 to Kuala Lumpur via Denpasar took with them Malindo Air cupcakes and a celebratory gift bag. They were entertained by Indonesian Gamelan Orchestra as they passed through the departure gates at Sydney International Airport.

Chandran Rama Muthy, CEO of Malindo Air, believes this connection will attract both business and leisure travellers alike. He commented to guests at the welcome ceremony that….
