Malindo Air’s latest offering is for travellers between Brisbane and Chennai, with the streamlining of flight timetables from 26th July 2017. You can opt for a two hop trip, stopping over in Denpasar (Bali) and Kuala Lumpur, or fly straight to Chennai from Bali. The two stop trip will commence on 30th August 2017.
The infographic supplied by Malindo Air details the timings and flight numbers. Flights marked with an * are operated by Batik Air, Malindo Air’s sister airline. Malindo Air is currently undergoing a rebranding exercise to streamline livery and names, which is likely to be completed by the end of 2017.
Bookings and aircraft
The aircraft used by Malindo Air on this route will be a mix of their Boeing 737 800 / 900 planes. Batik Air sectors will utilise their A320 aircraft.
Economy Traveller will fly to Brisbane from Kuala Lumpur in August to check out the Royal Queensland Show (the Ekka). So look out for our flight review about mid-month. Apart from the Ekka, we’ll detail some of the other things visitors to Brisbane can enjoy during winter.
Bookings can be made at malindoair.com, or through your preferred travel agent.
