Do you fancy a trip to Medan in Sumatra, Indonesia, where you can stop over on the way to the beautiful Lake Toba? Or perhaps a trip to Shanghai, Taipei or Perth sounds just the ticket? Well, you can pick up that ticket at the Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair MATF 2017, on now, until 15th February 2017 for travel between 15th February and 20th June 2017.

A ticket to Medan starts from MYR 259, if you travel Economy and it comes with 30kg baggage allowance, complimentary inflight meals and inflight entertainment with no additional charges like credit card fees.

MATF 2017 – what’s on offer?

Offer fares are available for both Economy and Business/First class travel and you can find the flights available on a running banner on the Malaysia Airlines website. They’ve also included their newest twice weekly destination, Haikou in China, with return fares starting from MYR 999. If your dates are flexible, the website does allow you to see fares available on other days in both directions, for a week, so you can go back or forward a few days to find the best fare.

With Business Class available from prices up to 30% off the regular fare, you might like to consider if it’s worth upgrading to enjoy access to the Golden Lounge before you take off, as well as an included 40kg baggage allowance, and a little pampering during the in-flight experience. A return ticket to Shanghai at the end of February will cost you from around MYR 4930 compared to a return Economy ticket for MYR1355. Business Class flights are available for travel between 13th February and 25th May 2017.

The promotion includes flights from Kuala Lumpur across Malaysia Airlines’ ASEAN and international network, including Kuching and Miri in Sarawak, Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Singapore or Tokyo.

Place your booking through the Malaysia Airlines website, or your preferred Malaysia Airlines’ appointed travel agent. Passengers can also contact Malaysia Airlines’ call centre at 1 300 88 3000 for more information. Terms and conditions apply.
