AirAsia passengers are likely to be affected by an upcoming runway closure at Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). One runway will be closed from Tuesday 29th January 2019 (12:01am local time) to Friday 1st February 2019 (23:59pm local time) for maintenance works.

Due to the four day closure, AirAsia’s Bangkok operations will be heavily impacted. This will result in possible flight delays and rescheduled or cancelled flights. The airline is co-ordinating operations with the airport and will update affected passengers via email and SMS on any changes to their flight status.
