AirAsia X flatbed seats

If you’re planning a trip on AirAsia X any time between 4th Jan and 21st Aug 2017 that involves an overnight flight, this may be your opportunity to pick up a good deal on one of their flatbed seats, if you are able to make your choice before 7th August 2016. The all-in, one-way fares start from MYR 718 if your travel dates don’t fall within a peak period (read school holidays and festivals).

The offer comes in celebration of the carrier’s fourth collection of “World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Cabin” and “World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Seat” at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2016 announced at the recent Farnborough Air Show.

AirAsia X ‘got in early’ to this market segment as the world’s first low-cost carrier offering flatbed seats – they come with full business class specifications of 20” width, 60” pitch and stretch out to 77” in full recline position.

…. Through this promotion, our guests can now fly to Xi’An, Taipei and Nepal on the Premium Flatbeds with all-in-fares from MYR 718 one-way; to Perth from MYR 768 one-way; and to Tehran, Hangzhou and Shanghai from MYR 898 one-way. Benyamin Ismail, Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia X Berhad

What else comes with the comfy flatbed seats?

Apart from priority check-in, boarding and your included 40kg baggage, your meals are included and you’ll sleep comfortably with an included pillow and duvet. The seats are also fitted with universal power sockets, tray table, drink holder, reading light and privacy screen.

If you think this looks attractive, you can make your booking at the AirAsia website, the AirAsia Mobile site, or using the mobile app on iPhone and Android devices,
