Singapore has announced an agreement to start an Air Travel Bubble arrangement between Singapore and Hong Kong on 22nd November 2020. Singapore Airlines has welcomed the agreement and has released the flight schedule for flights into early December.

SIA Group Air Travel Bubble flights
Within the SIA Group, Singapore Airlines will operate Air Travel Bubble flights to Hong Kong while Scoot will operate the non-Air Travel Bubble flights.
Singapore Airlines Flights to Hong Kong
The inaugural ATB flight from Singapore, SQ890, will depart on 22nd November. The inaugural ATB flight SQ891 departs Hong Kong on 23rd November.

Non-ATB flights to Hong Kong
From 7th December 2020, Singapore Airlines will operate daily return ATB flights to Hong Kong. Customers who are not eligible to fly on ATB flights may choose to fly on Scoot to Hong Kong.

Eligibility for Air Travel Bubble Flights
The SIA Group clarifies that ATB passengers must fulfil the criteria set for entry by Singapore/Hong Kong. The airline can assist you with this and have issues some helpful points.
A non-ATB travellers:
- Customers with existing bookings who do not meet the ATB requirements
- Travellers transiting through Singapore or Hong Kong are not eligible for ATB flights
- They will have the option to be re-accommodated on Scoot instead.
- Please note that passengers travelling on Scoot – ATB flights must:
- meet the entry requirements for Singapore or Hong Kong
- have to serve either a Stay Home Notice or a quarantine
Affected customers will be notified via SMS, email or through the SingaporeAir mobile app. Singapore Airlines customer service agents will also contact those who booked directly with Singapore Airlines for travel between 22nd November 2020 and 31st January 2021 to assist with the reaccommodation.
Customers with direct bookings who have had their flights cancelled, should use the Covid–19 Assistance Request Form to request rebooking, refund, or flight credits.

Contact your local Singapore Airlines reservation office. Customers with bookings made through a travel agency should contact their travel agent directly. Those with bookings made partner airlines should approach them directly for assistance.
Customers who choose to be re-accommodated onto a Scoot flight:
- Receive baggage allowance and meals on board the flight
- All PPS Club and KrisFlyer members will still earn KrisFlyer miles on flights operated by Scoot.
- Other PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite tier benefits will not be applicable on the re-accommodated Scoot flight.

Pre-flight information
Customers are required to ensure that they are eligible to travel under the Air Travel Bubble (ATB) arrangement before booking an ATB flight.
Special food offerings on board
Cathay Pacific is also part of this ATB arrangement. Both Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific will be offering month-long special menu, starting from 22nd November 2020. Passengers may look forward to local fare from Hong Kong such as a selection of Dim Sum, Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle, and Lotus Leaf Rice with Chicken, while popular Singapore dishes include Carrot Cake and Nasi Lemak.
