Malindo Air introduces daily services to Colombo and Ho Chi Minh

With flights due to start on two newly introduced routes, Malindo Air has opened bookings for the two services services, Kuala Lumpur-Colombo-Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur-Ho Chi Minh-Kuala Lumpur using Boeing 737-800ER aircraft with a seat capacity of 12 in Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats.

The daily flights to Colombo take off on 18th December 2015, with daily services to Ho Chi Minh starting on 29th January 2016. These daily services to Sri Lanka and Vietnam mark the airline’s ninth and tenth countries respectively in its expanding international network.

Flight time between Kuala Lumpur and Colombo will be 3 hrs 25mins and for the Kuala Lumpur – Ho Chi Minh City route will be 1hr 55 mins from the carrier’s main hub in KLIA2.

In conjunction with the launch, promotional fares for the new routes are on offer for the two routes:

  • Kuala Lumpur-Colombo one-way all inclusive, from RM339 for Economy Class and RM579 for Business Class
  • Kuala Lumpur-Ho Chi Minh one-way all inclusive from RM129 for Economy Class and RM399 for Business Class

Malindo Air fares for these destinations include baggage allowance, in-flight entertainment, a meal and light refreshments.
