Flexible Ticket Policy during COVID-19

During the uncertainty of COVID-19, Malaysia Airlines instituted a flexible ticket change policy.

• Passengers may
  • rebook their travels
  • postpone them to a later date
  • no additional cost.

Passengers with bookings made between 10th March 2020 and 31st March 2020

• Option to rebook their flights by 31st May 2020,
  • Travels must be completed by 31 December 2020.
  • The rebooking must be carried out at Malaysia Airlines Ticket Office or via its Global Contact Centre.
• The one-time change fee may be waived,
  • Other changes will be subjected to terms and conditions.
