Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL) have announced new kids fares age ranges on the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services, effective 1st October 2019. This is the first such revision since the airport transport provider began services in 2002.

Children below 6 years old (previously below 2 years) will now travel free when accompanied by a fare paying adult passenger. The changes apply for travel on both KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit services. A maximum of three children per adult passenger will be eligible for these concession fares.

The age revision also benefits older children. Children aged between 6 and 15 will now be charged the child fare with those 16 and above paying the adult fare. The changes apply only to the age groupings, there are no changes to the fares.
