Planning an overseas holiday with the kids can be a complicated and expensive affair. So when family-friendly deals come up we tend to pay attention. Jetstar is currently promoting a Kids Fly FREE deal to Bali, with 1 child (0-11 years) flying free with any travelling parent. This presents a great opportunity for families of up to 4.
Kids stay free hotel packages
In additional to airfare deals, some packages also offer free stays for kids. Top of the list is flights plus 7 nights at the Nusa Dua Novotel coming in at AUD 982 per adult departing Brisbane.
Other deals are also on offer for hotels in other areas of Bali, including the perpetually popular Kuta and Legian areas. Some hotels may not offer free accommodation for kids, but may offer a good deal (at USD 12 per child) so check the fine print. Travel dates are typically for July to early December, with a blackout period between late September and early October.
Note that the base package prices do not include checked baggage and in-flight meals, so take this into account when planning your travel.
