Free Wi-Fi – which aircraft?

The Free Wi-Fi will be available initially on 20 selected Airbus widebody aircraft, six A350-900, nine A330-300 and five A330-200. Following this, the service will be rolled out on selected narrowbody aircraft in phases. This enhancement follows the airline’s complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi offered to Business Suite and Business Class passengers, as well as Enrich Platinum members from 1st July 2023, which had a data cap of 100 MB per sector.

From 1st November, passengers, including those flying Economy Class and non-Enrich members, are no longer required to subscribe to to use Wi-Fi. They can connect their own devices to the ‘MHconnect’ network to enjoy the airline’s free in-flight Wi-Fi to keep in touch with loved ones, do some work, or browse the internet.

…. We are delighted to extend our complimentary Wi-Fi offering to passengers across all travel class; making us one of the first airlines to enable such convenience. Ahmad Luqman Mohd Azmi, Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) CEO, Airlines

Something for the kids!

While the parents enjoy their free wi-fi, their children aged three (3) to eight (8) years old will have a gift in conjunction with World’s Children Day in November. From 1st November, the airline will be giving away a reusable Pilot Parker lunchbox set to each child while stocks last, providing them with an ecofriendly memento of their flight. The gifts will be given to children travelling on selected long-haul flights. This in addition to the activity pack that is currently offered to the airline’s young travellers.
