Malaysia Airlines loyalty programme Enrich announced their partnership with Sunway Pals at Sunway Pyramid Mall, Bandar Sunway on 13th November 2019. The new partnership makes available a wider choice of benefits for members of both programmes.
Enrich / Sunway Pals benefits
The interchangeability of points between both programmes will certainly be attractive to members of both. The conversion initiative allows members of both programmes to expand the choice of rewards for their Enrich Miles or Sunway Pals Points. This adds more value to the programmes.
With the collaboration, Enrich members can use their miles at Sunway’s establishments, while Sunway pals members can use their points to redeem travel and lifestyle rewards. Both inbound and domestic travellers during Visit Malaysia Year 2020 now have a wider array of reward redemption options.
Sunway Pals members can now convert their points for Enrich Miles and redeem for flights on:
- Malaysia Airlines
- Firefly
- MASwings
- oneworld alliance airlines
- Partner airlines
- Enrich lifestyle rewards
Enrich members can convert their miles to SunwayPals Points and
- shop at Sunway’s, malls offering over 1,000 merchants
- play in Sunway’s theme parks
- stay in Sunway’s hotels
- access health screening in Sunway’s medical centres
This partnership is the first between Malaysia Airlines and Sunway. In addition to providing a wider range of options for both types of card holders, both Sunway and Enrich hope the partnership will strengthen loyalty for both Sunway Pals and Enrich members.
