Travellers confined to the ground by Covid-19 can now enjoy the famous Malaysia Airlines’ signature Satay at home. This popular online snack is now available for purchase online from 22nd March 2021, exclusively on the airline’s flagship e-retail store, Temptations.

Even if you’ve never tried the juicy chicken and beef satay, only served onboard to Business Class and Business Suite passengers, you’ve heard of it. Or perhaps smelt it from Economy class and wished for some as well.

Malaysia Airlines’ Signature Satay

Each hygienically prepared Satay pack contains six sticks of frozen, pre-cooked and ready-to-eat chargrilled Chicken or Beef Satay plus one individually packed authentic peanut sauce. Priced at RM26 for Chicken Satay and RM36 for Beef Satay, plus delivery, orders will arrive within five working days. SMS/WhatsApp/Email notifications will be sent before delivery to ensure the quality and the freshness of the Satay.

Currently, the Satay is available only to customers residing in the Klang Valley* area. The Satay can also be a perfect gift for friends and family who miss flying with Malaysia Airlines. With Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the fasting month coming soon, this will also make a suitable festive treat or gift. This favourite dish comes with simple, easy-to-follow heating instructions. This makes it convenient as a quick snack to break fast with and to be enjoyed with close family.

During normal times, the airline uplifts 17,000 sticks of satay on 300 flights daily and they are pleased to share their Malaysian Hospitality with customers. Temptations is fulfilling the ‘needs’ of many travellers who haven’t had the opportunity to travel with Malaysia Airlines for over a year.
