BIG Loyalty turns 10 with a re-brand and 100% Bonus BIG Points giveaway to BIG Members. BIGLIFE, operator of AiirAsia’s award-winning BIG Loyalty programme has simplified the name reflecting that the company offers more than just flights. AirAsia started BIG Loyalty as an airline loyalty programme in 2010 and has grown it into a comprehensive lifestyle reward platform. The platform now has over 300 partners across lifestyle, travel and financial services categories.

Other recent initiatives

During August, BIG Loyalty expanded its instant points exchange platform ‘BIG Xchange’ (available on the BIG Loyalty app) to and AirAsia app. This allows users to earn BIG Points more quickly and instantly by converting bank and other loyalty points to BIG Points, or vice versa, using a single platform.

In April, BIG Loyalty launched ‘BIG Deals’. This gives users the flexibility of using their BIG Points on a wide variety of lifestyle vouchers directly redeemable on the BIG Loyalty app.

  • services,
  • entertainment

Under the new brand name, BIG Loyalty continues to power the ecosystem with BIG Points as a digital currency.
