AirAsia’s newest route links Ipoh, in the middle of the Malaysian peninsula, with Singapore. Currently the only way to travel Ipoh – Singapore is by road or rail, or fly with a stopover at KLIA/klia2 or Subang Airport. The new service, AirAsia’s first international route from the capital of Perak state, launches on 2nd December 2018.

The service, operating four times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday offers advantages for both business and leisure travellers. It follows the Ipoh-Johor Bahru route, launched on 1st October 2018. 

AirAsia is offering special promotional all-in, one-fares from MYR36* for Ipoh-Singapore on airasia.com and the AirAsia mobile app. Tickets are available until 10th November 2018 for travel between 2nd December 2018 and 30th March 2019.

Leisure travellers to Ipoh will find lots of things to do in and around the city. Apart from the excellent choice of food, the history and heritage buildings give the visitor plenty to see.
