AirAsia’s domestic network is growing with the addition of two new destinations from Johor Bahru this October. Alor Setar and Ipoh join the lineup from 1st October 2018. Although Ipoh is only a couple of hours or so from Kuala Lumpur by car or train, a trip from Johor Bahru would take most of the day.
AirAsia Malaysia (carried code AK) will fly four times a week from Johor Bahru to both destinations. They will be the 10th and 11th domestic routes departing from Senai International Airport. The Johor Bahru-Ipoh service is also AirAsia’s first service to the capital city of Perak.

Tickets are available at airasia.com until 29th July 2018 for travel between 1st October 2018 and 13th August 2019. Bookings can also be made using the AirAsia mobile app on Android or iPhone.
