AirAsia have launched their biggest ever FREE Seats Sale with 5 million FREE seats up for grabs as airlines ramp up flights as pandemic worries recede. Check out their new flights which have just become available, to Jeddah and Tokyo and Sapporo in Japan.

Tickets are only on sale until 25th September, so you’ll have to be quick as the free seats go very quickly. You can snap up some unbeatable flight deals across Asean and beyond for travel between 1st January and 28th October 2023 by clicking on the ‘Flights’ icon on the airasia Super App or website. Please note that ‘Free flight’ refers to the base fare. You will pay other mandatory fees collected on behalf of the authorities. This means that the calculated value for your free ticket includes airport taxes, MAVCOM fee, fuel surcharges and other applicable fees etc, which may vary according to destination.

New AirAsia X routes
Although new routes were first announced back in July, AirAsia X is now selling tickets for their new direct flights from Kuala Lumpur to Jeddah in the Middle East and to Tokyo (Haneda), and Sapporo in Japan. These services are due to be launched in November and December this year. Flights to Japan have been held up by the delays in border opening for independent travellers.
Back by popular demand, the Kuala Lumpur to Jeddah route will operate six times weekly starting from 14th November with all-in-fares starting from only RM1,799 for economy and MYR2,999 for premium flatbed for a travel period between 14th November 2022 and 25th March 2023.
Direct flights to Tokyo (Haneda) and Sapporo are also back, with one-way flights available from RM599 (inclusive of taxes and fees) for economy and RM2,599 for premium flatbed. The travel period is between 21st November 2022 and 24th March 2023 for Tokyo Haneda and 1st December 2022 to 1st February 2023 for Sapporo.
