Malindo Air has issued a statement to alert the public about an online scam currently doing the rounds on social media. The scam message states that Malindo Airways is celebrating its 5th year anniversary by giving away free air tickets to 200 lucky customers.
The airline has clarified that neither the airline, nor any of its affiliates has organised this program/survey. This scam is making unauthorised usage of Malindo Air’s brand and as such, Malindo Air shall not be liable for any claims arising.
Therefore you are advised to ignore such invitations or anything similar, to protect yourself from becoming a scam victim. All announcements and promotions from the airline are only made via:
