When?
All Jetstar flights arriving to and departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport will be moving to KLIA2 from KLIA (the Main Terminal) from Wednesday 8th July 2015.
Will I be able to get to and from the airport easily?
KLIA2 is less than 2 km from KLIA, and is connected to KLIA via ERL’s high-speed train KLIA Ekspres and KLIA transit, as well as by bus and taxi services. The high-speed train is the most direct way, with tickets costing RM2 in either direction.
If you need to get to Kuala Lumpur or another destination in the Klang Valley or elsewhere, you can find the Express bus and taxi hub on Level 1 of the terminal.
Where do I check in?
The Jetstar check-in counter will be located at row Z at the far right hand side in the departure hall. As the departure gates are quite a distance from the entrance to Immigration gates, you should allow 15 – 20 minutes to reach your departure gate before the boarding time.
If you check in online and have no checked baggage, you can proceed straight to the departure gate. More information is available on Straight to Gate on the Jetstar website.
What else do I need to know?
Jetstar has assured passengers that schedules for flights between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore have not been changed and they will also be advising passengers already booked on this route from 8th July about the move.
