AirAsia has been named the World’s Best Low Cost airline for the 13th time in a row and they’re offering flights from RM13 to celebrate.
Accepting the award for AirAsia in London on 24th September, Tony Fernandes, CEO of parent company Capital A congratulated the AirAsia Allstars and thanked loyal customers who’ve stuck with them especially through the difficult Covid-19 lockdowns. He sees blue skies ahead for the airlines of the group and the flights from RM13 launched today marks each year being named the global low cost leader.
Domestic flights from RM13
The RM13* seats sale runs until 2nd October 2022 and includes many leisure favourite markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam. Fly between 1st January and 28th October 2023. *All flights on sale are all inclusive for one way travel, including airport taxes and any other applicable charges. Fares to some longer haul destinations on AirAsia X and Thai AirAsia X are on sale subject to regulatory approvals. Terms and conditions apply.
Longer haul routes are also available all-in one way fares starting from RM459* and premium flatbed starting from RM1219.

With Japan announcing the lifting of restrictions from next month, AirAsia X has also opened bookings for reopened routes from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Haneda) and Sapporo. Thai AirAsia has announced a new route from Bangkok to Fukuoka which is on now sale for travel commencing in November from RM599* for economy or RM2,599* on a premium flatbed.
A new direct route connecting Penang to Bali is also included in the sale with fares from RM159.
