AirAsia expands its footprint in Vietnam with their latest route from Kuala Lumpur to Da Lat. The four times weekly flights take off from 20th December 2019. The capital of Lam Dong province in the Central Highlands, it’s known as ‘City of Eternal Spring’, for its pleasant weather.
The city was developed as a leisure town by the French in the early 1900s. As a result, it boasts fine examples of colonial architecture, including Da Lat Railway Station and Lycée Yersin. The city’s also home to three mansions owned by Emperor Bao Dai, the last emperor of Vietnam.

The drive from Nha Trang is three hours and it’s five hours from Ho Chi Minh City.

Other attractions in this picturesque city include Xuan Huong Lake, located in the city centre and Linh Phuoc Pagoda, covered in colourful mosaic made from pieces of pottery and glass. Nature lovers will appreciate Robin Hill with its panoramic view of the city and its natural surroundings, including Tuyen Lam Lake and Lang Biang Mountain. You can also enjoy trekking to the top of Mount Samson to get a highland view of Da Lat.
