AirAsia now direct Kota Kinabalu – Bangkok

Travellers can fly between Kota Kinabalu and Bangkok direct when AirAsia start their new service in August 2018. The thrice weekly service will run every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, starting 16th August 2018, operated by AirAsia Thailand.

The FD coded flights will land in Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport (DMK), AirAsia’s Bangkok hub. 

Bangkok direct – promo fares

To celebrate the launch of the new service, AirAsia is offering all-in one-way promo fares starting from MYR 99. The promotional fares are for one-way travel only, inclusive of taxes and fees. Terms and conditions apply.

Book by 17th June 2018 for travel between 16th August 2018 and 13th August 2019 on airasia.com. You can also use the AirAsia mobile app, available for iPhone and Android devices.

AirAsia’s Kota Kinabalu-Bangkok Don Mueang service will bring the services connecting Malaysia and Thailand to nine:

  • Kuala Lumpur-Bangkok Don Mueang 84 times weekly
  • Penang-Bangkok Don Mueang 14 times weekly
  • Johor Bahru-Bangkok Don Mueang 11 times weekly
  • Kuala Lumpur-Hat Yai 11 times weekly
  • Between Kuala Lumpur & Hua Hin four times weekly
  • Kuala Lumpur-Chiang Mai seven times weekly
  • Kuala Lumpur-Phuket seven times weekly
  • Between Kuala Lumpur & Krabi 21 times weekly

All flights are serviced by AirAsia Malaysia (carrier code AK) and AirAsia Thailand.
