AirAsia BIG members stand to benefit from the partnership between OURSHOP, AirAsia’s online e-marketplace and health and beauty retailer Guardian. The partnership, announced at Kuala Lumpur International Airport klia2, will see Guardian providing pre-purchase and collect services at klia2.

Benefits for AirAsia BIG members

BIG Members can:

  • earn & redeem BIG Points on all Guardian’s Health & Beauty products sold on the OURSHOP Platform
  • gain access to
    • special offers across product ranges
    • bonus point incentives

These benefits will help earn points more quickly, to redeem free flights on

Guardian also sees considerable benefit from the OURSHOP partnership as almost 32 million people arrive and depart klia2 per year.

Guardian Health And Beauty South East Asia CEO, Soren Lauridsen sees the benefit of offering another convenient channel to meet changing customer demands in the travel retail business.

He commented that

…. We have noticed a new and growing trend, whereby travelers are moving away from impulse purchasing at the airport to researching and shopping online for essential travel items.

He added that travellers can easily plan purchases of travel needs from sun blocks to vitamins, pharmaceuticals and more.

OURSHOP Head of Acquisition Hassan Choudhury agreed. He is pleased to launch a new retail category providing customers the opportunity to pre-purchase and collect at klia2.
