In a statement today, KTMB explained that the additional ETS train services are part of KTMB’s efforts to meet high demand when regular ETS train service tickets are sold out. This initiative reflects KTMB’s commitment in providing the best solution to accommodate passengers’ needs and ensure that rail services continue to be the first choice for Malaysians by offering a comfortable, safe journey and meeting user requirements.
KTMB encourages the public to plan their journeys and make earlier purchase of tickets to enjoy more economical flexible fares and avoid last-minute purchases. Users are also reminded to arrive 30 minutes early at the station, as the entrance closes five (5) minutes before the train departs. ** KTMB ticket prices are dynamic, with higher values closer to the date of travel.
