Firefly’s new route offers culture and island hopping

Malaysian airline Firefly is starting thrice weekly flights on their new route between Kota Bharu and Langkawi from 25th October 2015.

This new route will offer travellers an easy way to skip directly between the islands of Langkawi on the north eastern side of the peninsular Malaysia and Kota Bahru on the north west coast. Have a quick stopover in this very traditional capital of the state of Kelantan, famous for the many varieties of rice, traditional crafts and performances and great shopping for beautiful batik, songket and silverware, before you catch a boat over to the beautiful island of Perhentian.
