Been to Indonesia fairly recently and found the entry procedures confusing? The authorities have done some streamlining and they’ve introduced a new ‘All Indonesia arrival form’ from 1st  September 2025. AirAsia is reminding all international travellers to complete and submit the new arrival form before arriving in Indonesia.

“All Indonesia” arrival form – what you need to do

The relevant directive from the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia advises that the online form must be completed within three (3) days prior to arrival, either via the dedicated allindonesia portal or download the All Indonesia mobile app from the App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Completion of this form is mandatory, and travellers will not be able to proceed through immigration clearance upon arrival in Indonesia if it has not been submitted. This new requirement replaces the need to complete any other declaration forms, whether manually or through the Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) at the airport. Travellers who have completed the new form will not be required to fill out any additional arrival documents upon entering Indonesia.

…. The implementation of All Indonesia will greatly help our guests save time and avoid long queues at their destination airport in Indonesia. We encourage all AirAsia guests to complete this form before departure to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival process.Eddy Krismeidi, Head of Indonesia Affairs & Policy at Indonesia AirAsia

As an Integrated Passenger Declaration System, the new form combines various international passenger clearance processes including immigration, customs, health, and quarantine into a single web- and app-based digital platform. By completing the form before departure, all arrival data will be recorded in the system, making the clearance process faster, easier, and more convenient.

Do you have special needs?

For guests with special needs, including the elderly, persons with disabilities, or unaccompanied minors, a dedicated clearance lane (Corridor Gate) is available and directly integrated with the new system, ensuring a faster and safer arrival process.

The form can be completed from three days before arrival in Indonesia. All visitors are advised to ensure all information is entered accurately to avoid any issues during airport clearance.
