Batik Air has announced a new flight from Subang SkyPark, direct to Kota Bharu, starting 21st October, 2024. This service adds to the growing travel options from this busy city terminal.
Kota Bharu, the charming capital of Kelantan, is known for its rich culture, beautiful landscapes, and delicious local food. It’s a fantastic destination for both leisure travellers and business trips.
With this new route, passengers can easily fly to Kota Bharu without going through KLIA. Batik Air is proud to offer this convenient option, allowing travellers to explore the lovely east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and their offshore islands.
This new service is Batik Air’s second route from Subang, following the successful launch of flights to Penang. As the airline moves from turboprop to jet services, this upgrade meets the increasing demand for air travel in the area in addition to their services from KLIA. Passengers can enjoy daily flights for a reliable and pleasant travel experience.
This new route reflects the airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity across Malaysia, recognising the strong demand from Subang.
…. We are proud to offer our customers the convenience of flying direct to Kota Bharu, utilising the Boeing 737 aircraft to provide a faster and more comfortable journey.Batik Air’s CEO, Chandran Rama Muthy
Starting as Malindo Air in 2013 with just two small planes, Batik Air has come a long way. The airline plans to expand its services even more, with future flights to Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and beyond, giving travellers even more choices.
