Malaysia Airlines has moved their KL Ticket Office with effect from 22nd April 2019.The office will move from KL Sentral to Lot L2.23, Level 2 of the Nu Sentral Shopping Centre. The new ticket office is a short walk from KL Sentral using the steps/escalator/lifts at the southern end of the Station concourse.

Malaysia Airlines’ Group Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, Lau Yin May says the new ticketing office is not only a one-stop centre for all travel needs, but a concept store as well. MAS branded merchandise, including aircraft models and their popular teddy bear, Pilot Parker are all available in the store.

The KL ticketing office is open daily from 10am until 10pm, including public holidays.

Services provided at the ticketing office include:

  • Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and MASwings ticket purchases
  • Ticket modification (change of travel date and destination)
  • Enrich redemption on Malaysia Airlines, oneworld alliance and airline partners.
  • Web check-in
  • Australian Visa application on Malaysia Airlines flights only.

    1. We have also been trying. I believe they have a very high volume of calls at the moment because of the current Covid-19 situation. If you are in or near Kuala Lumpur, I suggest you go to their KL Ticket office and see them. We are planning to do this.

  1. Incredibly screwed up – never pick up their phones. Their call center never picks up either.. Total disgrace for Malaysia

    1. Please stay calm. The country is currently under a Restricted Movement situation and their call centre staff numbers are reduced. We have also tried to call and had to wait a long time. Be patient and when you are connected be polite and you will find it easier to communicate your needs. The airline is allowing cancellations with full refund for certain routes and waivers on flight change fees. There is a very high call volume and the Call centre is also likely to be affected by the business closure orders. Please use their online form to submit your request. You will also have a record of the transaction so you can follow up later. Please allow time for them to get back to you.
