Malindo Air has announced their receipt of IATA membership at a ceremony held recently. The certificate was presented to Malindo Air’s CEO by Clifford Conrad, Regional Vice President IATA. IATA, the International Air Transportation Association, is the International overseeing body for air traffic.
This comes on the back of the receipt of Malindo Air’s certification by the by the IATA Operational Safety Audit. This internationally recognised and accepted evaluation system assesses the operational management and control system of an airline.
In accepting the certificate, Malindo Air’s CEO, Chandran Rama Muthy, noted that the airline is in a position to create better value as an IATA member.
