Tourism Australia and Malaysia Airlines Enrich take Silver award

August 20, 20152 minute read

In their first collaboration with a frequent flyer program, Tourism Australia have collected a Silver Award with Malaysia Airlines Enrich Loyalty Program at the Marketing Magazine Asia’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards held in Singapore recently.

The award in the ‘Best Partnership in Loyalty’ category for airlines in South/South East Asia and Gulf Countries came as a result of the successful ‘Enrich Hearts Australia’ campaign in January 2015 aimed at increasing load factors on routes between Malaysia and Australia.

Both Tourism Australia and Malaysia Airlines are happy with the result of the ‘Enrich Hearts Australia’ branded redemption campaign, their first such collaboration and are understandably pleased with the award. The campaign played a part in raising Malaysia from the 7th position to the 6th largest market for visitors to Australia, by June 2015.

In celebration of the win, Australian Enrich members can now book tickets up to 40% off Enrich Miles to Malaysia and back. Redeem your Enrich Miles from now until 31st August 2015 for travel until 19th November 2015.

If you’re not already an Enrich Member, you can sign up at MalaysiaAirlines Enrich, or download their MHmobile app.

To redeem Enrich miles, members can log on to Enrich online or contact Malaysia Airlines’ 24-hour Call Centre at 1 300 88 3000.

For more information or to make a booking, visit the MalaysiaAirlines website  or call Malaysia Airlines’ Reservations on 13 26 27. Bookings can be made through your preferred travel agent. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure.
